They serve Modern European cuisine by acclaimed Chef Jonathan Gushue and partner Jennifer Bélanger, previously the General Manager at Stratford’s Bruce Hotel and Mark McEwan’s One Restaurant. Together they aim to bring culinary magic to Grey County.

The event takes place on Thursday, May 29th, from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. Over the lunch, we will also be hosting a Share and Learn where we present businesses with a moderated discussion on the economic outlook for the year ahead and the positive business opportunities we see coming up. Business owners will be invited to share their challenges, how they see the economic outlook in their industry, and invite discussion from other business leaders.
This is a two course lunch that will include a choice between their renowned Breakfast Sandwich or Sliders, served with a side-salad and a dessert of Ice-Cream. Everything in "The Gate," is made in-house, the bread, the ice-cream, the dressings. Come and find out what has earned them their special reputation as one of the best restaurants in Canada.
