West Grey Volunteer Award Criteria:
● Open to public
● Individual who volunteers in South Grey (One volunteer will be awarded from each member municipality - West Grey, Southgate, Chatsworth and Grey Highlands)
● Volunteers at a South Grey not-for-profit or charity
● Volunteer organization testimonial to be submitted with this completed form
● Enriches the community
● Not previous 2 years winner (see congratulations banners above for previous 2 year winners)
*All requirements must be met in order for the individual to qualify for the award
